Hosted Vaultwarden
Libreyard runs a Vaultwarden server for you and your household. It works with the official Bitwarden apps and browser extensions. It costs $29 a year, and you can invite as many people as you like. Try it free for 30 days, without a card.
Each customer gets their own instance of the unmodified upstream server, not an account on a shared one. You get the admin page and its token. You can download the whole data directory at any time and run it yourself with docker run.
Why not run it yourself
You can, and you may already. But a password manager is the one service you need most when your own server is down. Libreyard looks after the host, the certificates, upgrades and backups, and gives the data back whenever you ask for it. Leaving describes how.
What Libreyard can see
Bitwarden clients encrypt the vault on your devices, so the server never has your master password or anything in your vault. It does see account email addresses, the number and size of items, and when and from where clients connect. More on the security page.
